Mobile-first PWA built on Next.js 15 with native Flutter clients shipping in parallel. Real-time messaging via Socket.IO, identity verified via OTP, and a moderation pipeline running before any message lands in an inbox.

The problem

Dating apps optimize for swipes, not connections. The same six photos and one-line bios surface across products, and the matchmaking is gamified into a content treadmill.
